Four found dead in North Hills home as police investigate shooting

Two adults and two minors were found fatally shot inside a home in North Hills on Wednesday night, after the responded to a shooting call at 7:50 p.m. in the 16000 block of Londelius Street.

Police said four people were found dead inside the home. Helicopter footage showed police tape stretching across part of the residential street as officers blocked off the area.

Homicide detectives are investigating the case, and police are not searching for a suspect. A law enforcement source said early evidence points to a multiple murder-suicide, although officials did not release the ages or genders of the victims.

That early read gives the case a grim shape, but it does not answer every question. Investigators have not said what led to the gunfire, who fired the shots or how the deaths unfolded inside the house. For neighbors on Londelius Street, the scene was already sealed off by the time the first details emerged, leaving one quiet residential block at the center of a homicide inquiry that now appears to be focused on a family tragedy rather than a hunt for a fugitive.

The case is expected to remain active as detectives sort through the evidence and continue to piece together what happened inside the North Hills home.
